Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp with order details.
• A full refund will be issued if the order has not entered processing or abhimantran stage.

After Processing / Abhimantrit

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

• The abhimantran (energizing ritual) process has started
• The product has been customized or prepared specifically for you
• The order has been dispatched

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Abhimantrit or energized products
• Rudraksha malas, beads, bracelets once delivered
• Used, worn, or opened items
• Products purchased during special discounts, offers, or sale events

• The product was damaged during transit

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
